![]() ![]() ![]() I’m not familiar w/ home options at resale and what should be showing in the OPs dashboard but had a very similar experience w/ one of my WKV resale weeks. They just keep saying they are raising and escalating "tickets" but there is no resolution. I have called and emailed no less than 15 times trying to resolve this issue so I can actually use what I've paid for. I closed on this set of homeoptions back in the spring. When I call, they confirm all the points are available to use.but no one can help me get them to show up on my dashboard to be able to use them to book online. When I log into Vistana, it shows up as a mortgage, it also shows up on the "what I own" page", but it doesn't show up on my dashboard for points remaining, AND it doesn't show up as an option to use to book trips, and when I call and book a reservation using it, the reservation doesn't show up on my dashboard. The third one I am having a problem with. The third I bought off of Redweek (2nd hand market) and are homeoptions for the core Sheraton properties, but also through VSN. Can someone please help me? I'm beyond frustrated I am an owner of 3 sets of Vistana options the first two I purchased at a presentation and they are VSN Flex Staroptions. ![]()
